Iswan Ishak is the candidate for MUDA in the Repah state seat in Negri Sembilan in the upcoming state elections. He is the same man who in 2021 was accused of mocking OKUs with a video which he said in an apology was made to warn people not to park in disabled parking areas.
But the video backfired on him and the use of a person to play the part of an OKU was condemned heavily by netizens. Has he changed? Should people give him a second chance? But who is he really?
