The famous Johnny’s restaurant in One Utama has rats roaming around, according to a Twitter post. The customer/Twitter user reported it to One Utama’s customer service centre, and the lady on the phone mentioned that it’s okay since the staff has chased the rats out of the restaurant.
Dumbfounded by the way One Utama handled her complaint the customer questioned whether Malaysians still care about their hygiene. Other netizens on Twitter have reported similar incidents at the restaurant. The customer then mentioned the dangers of having rat exposure in restaurants as it can lead to unhealthy situations.
Even KKM, the Ministry of Health took to Twitter mentioning that they will launch an investigation against the restaurant’s hygiene. Under the KKM’s tweet, several others complained about Johnny’s other branches claiming there are cockroaches and other array of creatures lurking in their restaurants.
