The debate between English and Bahasa Malaysia has been long ongoing. Users are debating if K-Pop concerts should be translated into Bahasa rather than English as there are plenty of Malaysian fans who are less fluent in English than their own language.
K-Pop fans requesting Bahasa translation instead of English
An X user states that they can hardly hear the translation when these groups are performing. Others state they’d prefer a mixture between the languages when its being translated.
Unfortunately, there were several harsh remarks towards the individual requesting the translations to be done in Bahasa. But there are concerns for those who are from other countries that do not understand our language.
