Despite the global instability that’s happening in lieu of the oil prices, the Malaysian government proudly states that our economic growth is surpassing forecasts. An impressive feat considering the times that we are in. However, social media users aren’t exactly excited for this. 

Malaysians NOT Excited for Growth 

Many X users argue that economic gains flow to only a few, leaving average Malaysians stuck with low wages and rising living costs. This widening gap—where prosperity concentrates at the top while most households struggle—is not unique to Malaysia; similar patterns are visible across parts of Europe and the United States.

Others are making bold accusations towards the situation. Users claim that such growth isn’t going to help the average Malaysian.
