A prominent X user claims that Makcik Kemboja’s apology is “insincere” due to her wanting to maintain her sales. However, it is still an apology regardless. Others state that they accepted her apology, but they will still boycott her products by writing the hashtag “boikot tetap boikot.”
Others state that since she is supplying the local boutiques with her clothes, it would be challenging to boycott her products. Netizens are informing others to look out for her clothing labels. Whatever it is, netizens have stood their ground regarding the matter as they claim to forgive her but they won’t forget her remarks.
