One of Kuala Lumpur’s newest landmarks has been praised by a lot, and it also received a fair amount of criticism. No doubt the bridge is one of the most beautiful built especially in our bustling metropolis.
However, a netizen pointed out that the bridge, which plans to cater millions of foot traffic per year, has only 1 lift. The lift is also available only on the Kampung Baru end of the bridge.
Netizens were complaining about the cost of the bridge rising from RM20 million to RM31 million. Someone mentioned that the main purpose of the bridge is to link skyscrapers that are going to be built in the future. However, we will wait and see when that happens.
