KOTA TINGGI – Police confirmed that a 71-year-old man was arrested after a shooting incident at a restaurant in Taman Kota Jaya left three people dead. Johor Police Chief Datuk Ab Rahaman Arsad said the suspect, who holds a valid firearm license, was detained about 200 meters from the scene.
Triple Shooting
A Benelli shotgun believed to have been used was seized. The victims, two local men and a foreign woman aged between 37 and 63, died at the scene. Investigations suggest the motive may be linked to personal debt. The case is being probed under Section 302 of the Penal Code.
