Netizens Now SUGGESTING TBS to Centralise Bus Apps

1 min read

There are still plenty of Malaysians who regularly take interstate bus rides from TBS as it is one of the most efficient and affordable options to travel. However, X users are complaining about how complicated it can be for someone to redeem their bus tickets.

TBS urged to centralise their bus apps

Others state that they purchase their tickets online, but ironically, they would still need physical tickets to punch holes in. Furthermore, users state that printing these tickets would cost the passenger at least RM1.

However, netizens also state that the terminal has a centralised app for all of these things. But users are still purchasing their bus tickets via third party apps, which leads to the confusing processes.
