JOHOR BARU, June 1 — Police in Johor have arrested a 19‑year‑old man following a fatal accident involving five vehicles at Jalan Renggam‑Simpang Renggam, Kluang, on May 31. The suspect was allegedly racing recklessly with his 22‑year‑old brother, who lost control and veered into the opposite lane, colliding with four cars.

The crash killed the elder brother, a 36‑year‑old man, his 33‑year‑old wife, a 73‑year‑old woman, and a 10‑year‑old girl. Two children, aged 11 and seven, sustained head injuries and are being treated at HEBHK Hospital. Other drivers suffered leg and mouth injuries. Police investigations are ongoing.
