An X user states that whether boycotting these brands are impacting the conflict or not, it will most definitely give a boost to our local coffee brands. Furthermore, another user adds that Malaysia has 3x the amount of Starbucks in comparison to Australia.
This is due to the fact that Australians are more willing to support their own local brands than a foreign one. Many agree that the same could be done in Malaysia if we were to give our local brands a chance.
