LOS ANGELES – US musician D4vd, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke, pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder charges in connection with the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Her remains were found in September inside a Tesla registered to Burke’s Texas address.

The 21-year-old also faces charges of murder for financial gain and murder of a witness. During his arraignment, Burke did not speak, with his lawyers entering the plea on his behalf. His defense team maintains he did not cause Celeste’s death. The case has drawn significant public attention and remains under investigation.
