DAP secretary-general Anthony Loke clarified that the party’s recent central executive committee (CEC) election has no impact on the positions of its ministers or deputy ministers. He emphasized that there will be no reshuffle, and all current cabinet members will remain in their roles. Loke stated that the election was strictly an internal party matter and did not affect the federal coalition government. He added that any cabinet changes would be at the discretion of Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, and DAP would only provide recommendations if requested.
