Police in Seremban have detained an Indonesian man in his early 30s to assist investigations into a concealed birth case in Labu. Nilai district police chief Superintendent Johari Yahya said the arrest followed a report from Hospital Tuanku Ja’afar after a 39‑year‑old foreign woman sought treatment for bleeding and health complications.

Preliminary findings suggest she delivered twins at home without medical assistance, with one infant reported dead and later buried. Police exhumed the remains for further investigation before sending them to Hospital Rembau for post‑mortem. Authorities continue probing the circumstances surrounding the incident.
