A fatal crash in Johor that killed five people, including a family of four, has sparked debate over reckless driving. Malaysian influencer and lawyer Kiang Jau Sang extended condolences to the victims’ family while defending responsible BMW owners.

Writing in Malay and Chinese, he stressed that “not all BMW drivers are like that,” urging accountability for the individual involved.
Kiang, who drives a BMW 5 Series himself, reminded motorists that roads are not race tracks and called for lifetime licence suspension for the offender. Police confirmed the case is under investigation for reckless driving and murder.
