A durian seller in Puchong, Selangor, was left stunned after a man brazenly stole a sack of Musang King durians — twice — on July 27. Captured on video and shared on Xiaohongshu, the thief calmly loaded premium durians, worth RM65/kg, into a sack before fleeing on a motorcycle. The vendor, fearing the man may have been armed, did not intervene but used the footage as evidence for police. A report has been lodged. “Half my stall was emptied. I was shaken,” said the vendor, who plans to install CCTV following the incident. The case has sparked concern among fellow sellers.
