The opposition party, PAS has always been under the scrutiny of social media users. However, their most recent controversy involves them allegedly underpaying their P.A.S.T.I teachers. An X user compared the salary of a Minister vs a teacher working in their school.

Furthermore, X users claim that the politicians from said party are using luxury European cars. Many feel that this is rather inappropriate as the living conditions in their respective states are not the best.
A person working in a religious school was paid a mere RM750 in the opposition party’s state. However, when the person moved to Kuala Lumpur, he received a salary of RM3,000 and above. Users feel that a lot of Malaysians still do not know their worth when it comes to their salaries.
