The probe into Malaysia’s Rekalibrasi Tenaga Kerja (RTK) syndicate, also known as the foreign worker “legalization” scheme, has reportedly been classified as no further action (NFA). Sources from the MACC, immigration, and industry claim the decision was made without explanation, despite earlier arrests of 11 Immigration Department officers in November 2025.

Allegations include officers pocketing millions through bribes for faster approvals, fingerprinting, and temporary passes. One officer allegedly invested illicit gains into a Klang Valley restaurant. The Attorney General’s Chambers has yet to confirm or deny the NFA status, leaving questions over accountability and systemic corruption unresolved.
