SHAH ALAM – A man in his 20s was arrested after a viral TikTok video showed him cruelly submerging a puppy in a water tank at a construction site in Seksyen 32. District police chief ACP Ramsay Embol said the arrest was made at 3.40pm today following a public report. Three dogs were seized with assistance from the Selangor Veterinary Services Department.
