Perikatan Nasional Kedah chairman and Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor has welcomed Parti Bersama Malaysia (MU) to absorb PKR members in the state. He said the move could weaken PKR and provide space for members to join Bersama, led by former PKR deputy president Rafizi Ramli.

“I feel the spirit of reform is with Rafizi, not PMX. That spirit has shifted,” Sanusi remarked after an Aidiladha event in Alor Setar. Rafizi and Nik Nazmi recently confirmed their takeover of Bersama, marking their political future after being sidelined in PKR over the past year.
