A Malaysian military officer has been charged with the murder of Bangladeshi content creator Muzahid Millad following a car accident on April 23. Captain Jad Faid Arhan, 31, appeared before the Magistrate’s Court in Kuala Lumpur, where no plea was recorded as murder cases fall under High Court jurisdiction.

He faces charges under Section 302 of the Penal Code, which carries the death penalty or imprisonment of 30 to 40 years plus caning. Separately, Jad Faid pleaded not guilty to two counts of driving under the influence, which injured Millad’s wife and an e-hailing driver. Bail was denied. The man from Bangladesh, Muzahid Millad (22) was known as ‘Advance Gaming’ (777k+ subscribers).
