TERENGGANU, 19 May — An 18-year-old man, Wah Han Keong, was killed in an accident involving a car and a van along Jalan Losong Feri near Kampung Losong Panglima Perang. Police said a Volkswagen Golf GTI driven by a 43-year-old man lost control, skidded, and hit a street lamp before colliding with a Nissan Vanette.
Shock Accident
The fallen lamp post fatally struck Wah, who died instantly. His father sustained minor injuries, while an eight-year-old passenger in the car was also hurt. Police are investigating the case under reckless or dangerous driving provision.
